​Ready to sign-up?  Please complete the form below and pay for 50% of your session.  The rest will be due on the first day of class.  This payment is non-refundable and holds your spot in the class, which includes all music and materials.  A convenience fee will be added.  Your registration is not complete until this form is completed and session tuition is paid. If you cannot attend a class for any reason, it will not be refunded. But please let me know in advance if you can, as I may be able to fit you into another class of the same type, if space is available.  Otherwise, practice videos are available for most lessons.
