Student Registration

Registration Form for Children Ages 4 & up:  By submitting this form, a non-refundable Registration Fee & Tuition for November of $178 will be charged.  A convenience fee will be added.  This holds your place in the class and applies to the total tuition for the year.  Monthly tuition, December to May, is $116.  Everything is included in these fees, all music, materials, and recitals.  Your registration is not complete until this form is completed and Registration Fee is paid.  See the full Studio Policy at the end of the form below.
